FOUNDER & VISIONARY

 

Anas Tabbara is a chef, consultant, and culinary creative director based in the UAE, celebrated for blending storytelling, design, and gastronomy into immersive food experiences.

Born in Dubai, Chef Anas is an adventurous traveler and a devoted admirer of art, flavor, and nomadic life. His culinary journey has taken him across continents — from the United States to Switzerland, Singapore, Qatar, and beyond — shaping a distinctive global perspective that merges culture, technique, and creativity.

A Top Chef finalist and Michelin-recognized talent, Chef Anas honed his expertise at one of Switzerland’s most prestigious hospitality schools before carving his path through acclaimed kitchens and culinary projects around the world.

Today, through Food Consulto, he continues to craft experiences where every dish tells a story — a seamless blend of artistry, emotion, and flavor
